Regal lowers shipping charges!

Hi all, I just received confirmation that Regal has lowered their shipping charges to help with customers expenses. The new low rates are a manageable $5.00 for every order under $100.00 and an even more manageable 4% for every order over $100.00. (example: the shipping charge on an order of $99.00 will be $5.00! and the shipping charge on an order of $120.00 will be $4.80!)
