Watkins Incorporated recently discovered an omission on the label of the above product. The product was mislabeled and should indicate the product does contain sulfites as per FDA labeling requirements.
#21390 found in the Gold Medal Sampler, 05961, Original Double Strength Vanilla, 2 oz., UPC Code 818570005598, Lot Numbers:3001497, 3002021, 3003887, 3005241
This recall has been initiated due to an omission on the label of the above product. The product was mislabeled and should indicate the product contains sulfites as per FDA/Health Canada labeling requirements.
